Equipped with 64KB Flash program memory and 6KB SRAM, it supports ultra-wide 1.8V~5.5V power supply and industrial temperature range of -40℃ to +105℃. This chip integrates abundant hardware resources: 28 multifunctional GPIOs including 13 high-drive pins up to 65mA sink current, 8-channel dead-zone PWM, dual 24Mbps SPI, low-power LPUART with sleep wake-up, 1Msps 12-bit SAR ADC, dual voltage comparators, RTC calendar, 3-channel DMA and hardware CRC16 module. Serving as an ideal domestic replacement for imported MCUs to cut down BOM cost for compact PCB designs.
