CIU32F032E6M6TU is a high cost-performance general-purpose 32-bit microcontroller from Huada Electronics (HED), built on ARM Cortex-M0+ core with max 48MHz internal RC oscillator, packaged in narrow SSOP24 tube packing for manual assembly and small-batch prototype production. Equipped with 64KB Flash and 6KB SRAM, it supports 1.8V~5.5V full wide voltage and -40℃~+105℃ industrial temperature range. It integrates up to 28 multifunctional GPIOs including 13 high-drive pins with 65mA sink current, 8-channel dead-zone PWM, dual 24Mbps SPI, sleep-wake LPUART, 1Msps 12-bit SAR ADC, dual voltage comparators, RTC calendar, 3-channel DMA and hardware CRC16 module. It greatly reduces peripheral BOM cost and acts as a stable domestic replacement for imported MCUs for consumer electronic mass production.
